​HUMU(S)mall Continuos Training, proposes the pedagogical tools of Humus and puts them together in a reduced format in terms of hours. 

Axis Syllabus, Play-Fight, Singing, Sound Study, Theatre, Participatory Art.

Below is the calendar for each section with the relevant contacts to proceed with registration.

The proposals are exhaustive in themselves as single events, just as they are complementary if used in combination with other events, the entire programming if attended in complete form offers an integrated program.

We observe the ℂ𝕆ℝℙ𝕆 as a micro-cosm in continuous movement, made up of principles and relationships that derive from and also make up the macro-cosm and scale many of the bodies that inhabit from there to here... only with different dosages and balances. We work with movement as a tool to analyze and discover a little of the magnificent complexity of which we are a part. In the binomial body and movement we seek the well-being that arises from awareness and from playing with it.  

The transmission and sharing of information on movement is an important part of the work for us, we believe that it is a vehicle for individual and collective growth as it is an archive of useful tools to handle with ever greater care and refinement the infinite relationships, potential and limits to handle with ever more care and refinement the The things that make us up.​

The rhythm of continuity follows small, medium, large waves. Continuity we favor research and guaranteed frequency on different frequency parameters.
